Where are you located?

Our warehouse and retail store is located at 18 Railway Cres, Croydon VIC 3136

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver Australia wide to all major airports. We deliver by road or express courier to all Victorian customers

How much is delivery?

For non-Victorian customers, we charge by the box. Delivery charges are based on the volume of your order, and the destination airport. For Victorian customers we offer free road transport

When will my order arrive?

We deliver to Victorian customers 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and interstate orders are shipped same day (if ordered prior to 1pm on weekdays)

NOTE: Special order products - please add 1 day to your delivery timeframe

Do you source special order products?

Yes! We can source many unusual or specialised requests - please note we ask an additional day for delivery cut-offs for special order products.

Who do you deliver with?

NSW, QLD, TAS, WA, VIC, NT, SA – we ship refridgerated Toll Air Express or Virgin
VIC – we deliver to your door (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)  or Express courier options are available.

Yes, Although web orders offer a smoother and faster experience, you can call us on  (03) 5752 5021

What are the benefits of creating a membership with you?

Our prices are only visible to Registered and approved members. Additionally members can smoothly re-order and request special quotes

How do I place a special order?

What is the order cut off time?

Orders must be placed before 1pm AEST. (weekdays)

Can I place an order in advance?

Yes, please specify this at checkout

Is there a minimum order value?

For delivered orders, the mimimum order value is $200. There is no minimum for orders picked up from our Croydon warehouse

How do I know what is in stock?

We aim to keep accurate visibility of stock as much as possible, although our suppliers may experience availability changes – we wil do our best to meet your request as closely as possible.
